High Performance Spring Training 2008-2009-2010 for AAA, AA or Division 1 Players

Elite Stickhandling and puck control: Using Edge Boss gear to aid in further developing proper technique, raise the speed and build in game situations, and apply skills under pressure to transfer skills to the game.
Speed and Explosiveness: skating drills focused on skating mechanics, speed, and explosiveness. Learning how to use these elements in different game situations in the most efficient manner.
Skill Development + Game Situations: incorporating small area battle drills which will help the player gain experience on beating players in a 1 on 1 situation, create space and time in the offensive zone, be efficient in pressure, tricks and individual tactics that can be used in a team game.
Shooting and scoring under pressure: game-like situations in the offensive zone and focus on attack finishing. Help players make the proper decision under pressure and create space and time to open a shooting lane.
CrossFit training at Calgary CrossFit (to focus on muscle building): 27 one hour classes
38.5 hours on ice training
Optional Dryland training on weekends (to focus on explosiveness, speed, agility, and endurance).
Capped at 16 skaters and 2 goalies.
